First Bus increases service 2 frequency through East End

Good news for constituents using the no.2 bus service - First Bus have announced an increase in frequency of the service running through Parkhead, Shettleston and Baillieston.

From the 20th of August, the 2 running from Faifley through to Baillieston will now run every 10 minutes during the main part of the day on weekdays.

The new timetable for the 2 bus service will come into effect from the 20th of August and can be accessed on the First Bus website.

I'm sure many constituents will welcome this news, as the increase in demand for the service linking people to the city centre continues to rise.
