156 new Springboig homes at old St John's School site

I was delighted to get along today to see the construction of new homes at the old St John's School site in Springboig.

East End company CCG Construction are building 156 new properties on the 16-hectare site which has lain derelict for many years. Properties on the North Wynd development include 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms and will also benefit from energy efficiency measures such as solar panels.

Having had a tour of the site myself, I don't doubt that these properties will prove to be very popular when they go to market in early 2023.
